Workout: 1 mile walking and light jogging on treadmill
1 hour on elliptical
This is the 2nd day in a row that I’ve missed the 30 day shred… I really want to compare my results to using that so I need to get better at staying on schedule!! I think I’m gonna start doing it in the morning from now on. It’s been really hard especially with work! Very frustrating….
