Sorry I’ve been gone. I stopped doing the 30 day shred and felt guilty for not doing it and even more guilty for not keeping track of what I was eating.
Update: I lost 6 pounds but gained most of it back because I was not caring the past 2 weeks. I fell off the horse. But time to get back on, starting with updating this blog as much as possible. Having a good support system definitely helps. I didn’t feel like I had that this time around. But after running a 5k this morning with a group of really skinny girls, I realized that I need care more about myself. Otherwise I fall more and more in to self hatred. Thanks for sticking around followers :)
